1. Acceptance
By using glampinghideaway.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Bookings and payments
All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment details.
3. Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by law and are valid for 12 months from the issue date.
4. Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
- 50% refund for cancellations 7–14 days prior to arrival.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.
5. Use of premises
Guests must comply with property rules and act responsibly. Damages or cleaning beyond normal use may incur additional charges.
6. Liability
Glamping Hideaway is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or stays at our properties.
7. Intellectual property
All content, logos, and media on the Site are property of Glamping Hideaway or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright laws.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
